Joseph J. Bucheck III is experienced in capturing beautiful images for Portraits and for Fitness, Editorial, Editorial, Dance, Fashion, Figure or Fantasy shoots.
He is more that happy and willing to work with models who may or may not have experience. He highly recommends a great and a professional work ethic, and be open to and easily directed on the.
Joseph shoots on location only in natural light, However, he also can travel with an extensive lighting package for private and indoor shoots. In Florida alone, he has traveled to Jacksonville to the North, to the West Coast to Tampa and Naples, and including Central Florida, and as far as South Beach and South Miami.

During a session, it's just the model, lighting and of course, a talented photographer. It is very important to know that Mr. Bucheck wants every model to feel safe and secure during any type of shoot. He will never ask a model to do something that makes them feel uncomfortable.
Mr. Bucheck respects a model's input and ideas.
TFP COLLABORATIONS
Trade for Photo Collaborations are -- ALWAYS -- available.
This is a perfect avenue to choose for an aspiring young model to start building his portfolio towards a professional career.
A Trade for Photo Collaboration is when there is no financial compensation exchanged between the photographer and model. Mr. Bucheck will give a certain number of photographs to the model, who may use them as they wish.
FROM THE BEGINNING AND NOT A SURPRISE ABOUT TFP COLLABORATIONS
The photographer exclusively owns and controls rights to ALL photographs taken. Remember and as stated above, the model may use the photographs given to him as they wish. and MUST credit the photographer!
PAID SHOOTS
Same principles apply as a TFP. If a model is paid, the photographer exclusively owns and controls rights to ALL photographs taken, and how they are used.
FIGURE (NUDE) SESSIONS
If a model is requesting a shoot for a nude session(s), he ABSOLUTELY MUST submit his Legal Identification (both front and back) proving that they are at least 18 years old before Mr. Bucheck will continue any other "negotiations"
...AND before any shoot begins, as well.
Whether a model is paying for a shoot or a TFP
...ALL MODELS MAY HAVE TO PROVIDE A "SAVE THE DATE AND TIME" DEPOSIT.
This is to help prevent models from not showing up for a shoot. When a model shows up/and is "ON TIME," the deposit will be intemediately refunded.
CONCERNING SOME "PESKY" LEGAL MATERS
ALL models MUST provide a Legal proof identification (in advance), and sign a Model Release Form (link below) before any type of shoot begins. When a model is a minor, a Form must be signed and submitted by their parent or legal guardian (along with parent/guardian AND they must supply their Legal Identification -- before a shoot begins. The model must also sign!
A Model Release Form is a legal and binding document.
Mr. Bucheck is a photographer and not an agent. A Model Release Form is simply a document when working with him (or any photographer) on specific shoots/assignments. It does not hold or bind any model to exclusivity of any kind.
It is very important that before signing a Model Release Form (or any contract or document) to carefully read it, and understand what you are signing -- whether for yourself or on the behalf of a minor. It is a binding legal document. Go over it with Mr Bucheck or any other photographer with whom you are working (and/or your legal advisor if you wish, before a shoot). If there are any questions, do not be afraid to ask!

Mr. Bucheck is known for and very happy helping new models to build their portfolios, and helping them move up and on in any way he can.
For TFP's in particular, if a model is requiring several sessions or the photographer to travel a great distance, the model my be subject to pay for at least lodging and travel expenses for the photographer,
WHEN MODELS "SHARE" THEIR IMAGES, ALL CREDIT MUST BE GIVEN TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER!
