● Mr. Bucheck is not responsible, nor cannot be responsible (or held responsible) for what a Viewer of this Website perceives, feels, believes to be true, or any other assumptions a Viewer may have.

● This Website does not reflect nor does it try to convey

 the personal, religious beliefs or political views, and/or orientation of the Owner (Joseph J. Bucheck III), or anyone (and/or any model) who appears here. There are no implications or underlying meanings to anything written or photographs posted on this Website.

● Mr. Bucheck owes no explanations, apologies nor has to "defend" his art to -- anyone.

Nor, should any artist have to do so.

● All Models MUST sign a Model Release Form AND provide a Legal form of Identification

no matter their age and, or what type of photoshoot/session is scheduled.

● A signed Model Release Form is a binding -- Legal Document.

Also, it supersedes any other contracts or agreements signed afterwards - including contracts

or agreements signed afterwards with agents, talent agencies, brands. etc.

● Every Model who appears on this Website (or any other Platforms where Mr. Bucheck posts content) has signed a Model Release Form, AND has presented Legal Identification.

 - If they are of Legal age, the Model signed it personally.

- If they are/were a minor (under 18 in the U.S.), it was signed by their Legal Parent/Guardian.

In both instances, Legal Identification was presented.

● The signed Model Release Form clearly states

that ANY and ALL images and content created are exclusively owned by Mr. Bucheck

and may be posted on this Website and/or on any of his Social Media Pages, or

other Platforms, etc., and at his discretion.

● Mr. Bucheck and Model goes over EVERYTHING about a shoot beforehand BEFORE a shoot.

There are no surprises. Mr. Bucheck never - ever pressures a model to pose/do anything a model

is not comfortable doing! 

● Mr. Bucheck thoroughly goes over the Model Release Form

with all models BEFORE it is signed and a shoot begins.  

● A signed Model Release Form is a binding -- Legal Document.

It supersedes any other contracts or agreements signed afterwards - including contracts or agreements signed afterwards with agents, talent agencies, brands. etc.

● A signed Model Release Form is a binding for all photoshoots

once it is signed by the Model. 

● Mr. Bucheck will not nor will her ever entertain discussions

as to not posting content OR removal of any content from this Website or any of his

other Social Media Platforms.

● Mr. Bucheck is a Photographer and not an Agent.

A Model Release Form is simply a document when working with him (or any photographer) on shoots/assignments. It does not hold any model to exclusivity of any kind to said photographer(s). 

● Nude/Implied Nude shoots are by request of the model ONLY!

● Unless a model is actually displayed in any gallery as such,  there is absolutely nothing anywhere on this Website saying, indicating or otherwise implying that anyone on this site has ever been or ever will be photographed in the nude by Mr. Bucheck.

 If the model is a minor -- It is against the ALL laws!

A model who is a minor would NEVER - EVER be asked or be allowed to pose in the nude.

● It is a strict policy of Mr. Bucheck to never tag a minor or mention them by name

on the Website or any of his Social Media pages to protect the individual's safety and privacy!

Any Model under the age of 18  and is a working professional model, they (along with Parent/Guardian's written permission) may request their name be mentioned here, and be tagged on

Mr. Bucheck's Social Media pages.

● Mr. Bucheck also clearly and categorically states on the About Bookings page

that if a model requests nude sessions, he MUST be at least 18 years old AND submit

his Legal Identification (both front and back) proving his age BEFORE any other "negotiations"

can continue 

 ...AND before any shoot begins, as well.

● Mr. Bucheck does not and will not give out any model's personal contact information.

Here or on Social Media, he will share a link to a model's page, and only if that model is an adult,

 and gives permission.

● If a photographer is interested in working with a specific Model appearing on this Website

 please contact Mr. Bucheck. He be happy to will contact the Model and personally

get in touch with them.

● Galleries displaying nude (figure) work) will have a clear "WARNING."

If a Viewer does not wish to see any type of the work (photos) displayed there,

the Viewer may simply opt out NOT to look!

● Posing with one's shirt off and/or while wearing a bathing suit or underwear

is NOT being photographed nude, nor is it obscene, pornography or is it necessarily "mature content."

● Nude Photography in NOT pornography.

● Sensual Photography in NOT pornography.

● Erotic Photography in NOT necessarily pornography.
Mr. Bucheck ONLY shoots erotic photography at the Model’s request.
